Multifunctional Residencial Building

The project is an experiment on the New Boulevard (Tirana) designed by Grimshaw, the project is a multifunctional facility which rises above the trail proposed by Grimshaw and the challenge is the treatment at height. The first floors mainly contain the functions of service but in the proposed concept they are also connected in height as a spatial connection of the exposed view towards Dajti mountain (as a reference point of Tirana) and the city of Tirana. It is also connected by passages that connect the park with the boulevard. On the other floors are located residences and apartments. Where the facade treatment comes with greenery systems and shading vertical elements on the west side.
