Hotel GE

The project aims to design a 3-star hotel in the area near Lake  Tirane, the concept comes as an embrace of urban lines, architectural lines, crossroads, territorial development of the dam with a gradual reduction of building volume to create a view to the lake and to enable the use of natural light and thermal comfort. The project is  developed with a poly-centrism in the area of service floors with all functions and the use of the upper floors for a view from the lake.
